How to get your order started:

Fill out and submit the Request a Quote form on this page. It’s helpful if you’re able to provide images of your mask or helmet, and some examples of the graphics you would like to include in the design.

Ironclad will respond to your inquiry within a few days. At this stage, we will discuss details including the design, your budget, and schedule.

If you decide to move ahead to this stage, a non-refundable deposit of $100 (CAD) is required to hold your spot and get your design started. You will receive a concept sketch of your mask/helmet and Ironclad will work with you to adjust your design until you are happy with the results. If you decide to move ahead to paint, your deposit is rolled into the total amount of your project. If you decide the design is just not for you, then the project is considered finished, and your deposit will not be refunded.

Once we settle on a design, you can either ship your mask/helmet or arrange an appointment to drop it off in person.

Your mask/helmet will go into paint production.

When your mask/helmet is finished, you will be notified by Ironclad. Final payment is due prior to shipping or pick-up. Please note that shipping costs are billed in addition to the cost of paint work.

Ironclad is currently located in Welland, Ontario. If you’re nearby, you can make an appointment to discuss your ideas or drop off your mask in person.
